It uses niacin, which is vitamin B3, exercise, like rebounding and sweating to eliminate toxins from the cells. This is not something you want to try on your own. A doctors supervision is required.

This is a good introductory video.

They are using real niacin, not the no flush variety.
Any type of exercise will work, rebounding is great because it helps to move the lymph system.
The sauna makes the body sweat, so toxins are released from the skin.

Video featuring Dr. George Yu, MD and David Wolfe LIVE at the Longevity Now® Conference 2011

Here is another quick tip from this video, charcoal is great for absorbing toxins from the GI tract. In fact it will absorb just about anything good or bad. It can be useful on New Year’s Eve, or other times when excess alcohol may be involved. If you take charcoal with medication, you won’t even get an effect from the medication.

This protocol is used with drug addicts, 9/11 victims and workers, and others exposed to toxic overload. It is also useful for getting everyday toxins, like pesticides and pollution out of the body, just to name a few toxic offenders.

Charcoal (Activated) (100 caps)

Benefits:
• Absorbs and helps remove toxins and other irritants in the digestive tract.
• Supports the body’s cleansing and detoxifying efforts.Charcoal, Activated [Digestive] has been used for at least 2,000 years and is well-known for its absorptive ability.
It is often used to support the body’s cleansing and detoxification mechanisms as it helps bind toxins in the digestive tract.

It may also help the body’s efforts to expel intestinal gas. Each capsule contains 260 mg activated charcoal.

It also helps to expel carbon dioxide. This is one of the ways the body expels excess acid. Exhalation of carbon dioxide represents an excretion of acids. So this breathing technique may help to balance the bodies pH.

It is an easy meditation technique and only takes a minute or two. Start out with just a brief round 15-20 seconds. If you start to feel ight headed, stop and go at it a little slower next time. Breathing should be full and deep, not shallow.

The abdomen should act like a bellows, moving in and out. Another side benefit is a little ab workout.

Dr. Gruenn says rebounding works positively on every cell and system of the body.

The lymphatic system has no pump, like the heart does for the bloodstream. There are 3 basic forces that help move lymph in the body, while rebounding.

38 Mini Trampoline

Since rebounding can help move

Gravity

Acceleration

Deceleration

This helps to pull toxins away from the cells.

lactic acid away from the muscles, muscle soreness after exercising is much less common. Trampolining also tends to be easier on the joints than pounding the asphalt, by running or other high impact exercises. Just be sure to start out slow if you are new to rebouding. As with anything it is possible to overdo it.

Osteoporosis is on the rise these days, due to lack of exercise. It is stress on the bones that helps to maintain the bones such as in weight bearing exercise.

Rebounding can exercise your muscles in a unique way, due to the increase of gravitational pull while jumping.

I personally have a rebounder out on my deck and I get out there several times a week to jump and have fun. Maybe one of the best benefits of rebounding is that it is fun. I put on some msuci and jump away!

For a good internal detox, I like to drink a good herbal tea. Dr. Miller’s Iaso tea is the best I have tried so far.
