Benefits of Rebounding – Interview with Dr. Hans Gruenn

Dr. Gruenn says rebounding works positively on every cell and system of the body.

The lymphatic system has no pump, like the heart does for the bloodstream. There are 3 basic forces that help move lymph in the body, while rebounding.

Since rebounding can help move

  • Gravity
  • Acceleration
  • Deceleration

This helps to pull toxins away from the cells.

lactic acid away from the muscles, muscle soreness after exercising is much less common. Trampolining also tends to be easier on the joints than pounding the asphalt, by running or other high impact exercises. Just be sure to start out slow if you are new to rebouding. As with anything it is possible to overdo it.

Osteoporosis is on the rise these days, due to lack of exercise. It is stress on the bones that helps to maintain the bones such as in weight bearing exercise.

Rebounding can exercise your muscles in a unique way, due to the increase of gravitational pull while jumping.

I personally have a rebounder out on my deck and I get out there several times a week to jump and have fun. Maybe one of the best benefits of rebounding is that it is fun. I put on some msuci and jump away!

For a good internal detox, I like to drink a good herbal tea. Dr. Miller’s Iaso tea is the best I have tried so far.
