My Personal Experience with Fasting

I know from personal experience that what Gabriel Cousens, MD, says in this video is true. I always feel better, more mentally sharp and in touch with my inner spirit during a water fast or a juice fast.

Fasting should only be done under the direction of a health professional. some people, diabetics for one, may have problems with fasting. Educating yourself is a great strategy here.

A New Year, New Decade, Newness of Life

This year I plan to start the New Year with some juice fasting. The 2nd or 3rd of January would be a great time to start, after all the festivities, relative visiting and junk food fest is over. This will help me get a clear vision of what the New Year ahead, and even new decade will look like.

Whenever I do any kind of fasting or cleansing, I like to drink Dr. Miller’s Iaso tea. It greatly accelerates the detox process. It is even good to drink on a daily basis everyday of the year to help keep things cleaned out on the inside.
