Metabolic Typing – Eating vegetables is important, but are you eating the right ones for your metabolic type?
Exercise – To a point where you work up a good sweat. Eliminate toxins through perspiration.
Lots of pure water – Soda and beer don’t count. Having your own filtering system at home is one of the most economical ways to get pure water. Also better for the environment.
Cleansing – Dr Mercola recommends Perfect Cleanse, I haven’t tried that one myself. He also mentions cilantro and chlorrela. I’ve got a bunch of cilantro growing in my garden, it thrives this time of year (spring). I like to use Natural Cellular Defense, for clearing my body of heavy metals, like lead and mercury.
