I love to do a little detox while I’m camping.
It gives me an opportunity to consume a very cleansing diet.
Lots of fresh raw organic vegetables that are very rich in enzymes, a little bit of clean meat that’s free of hormones and antibiotics, and that kind of stuff.
Trying Something New
I’m going to consume a detoxifying herbal tea blend with white tea.
I’m actually going to make sun tea. I use white tea to make the sun tea, which contains a little bit of caffeine.
White Better than Green Tea?
It’s a little bit healthier from what I’ve heard for you than green tea actually. So you could use green tea, or black tea to make yours if you want, even herbal tea is good, if you prefer to be caffeine free. I just prefer to use this white tea. It contains a little bit less caffeine, but you still get some caffeine.
So like if you’re replacing some of your coffee with this cleansing tea, you don’t go through all of that caffeine withdrawal. You can still get your caffeine buzz without taking the jolt from coffee, which is very acidic. So if you follow pH balancing at all, you’ll find out that white tea is a lot happier on the pH balance scale than coffee is.
Cleansing Detox Tea
So then I blend into my sun tea, Doctor Miller’s Iaso tea, which is a blend of cleansing, purifying herbs, which cleanse your body out in several different ways, but one of the ways it works is to provide you with a gentle colon cleanse. Unlike some of these products that provide an explosive diarrhea cleanse, this is natural herbs.
